As a client of Seahorse Advisers, your contract with us is renewed every six months at the fee proposed and delivered to you in your Fee Statement. Review the Fee Statement, our Investment Contract and our Regulatory Information before electing to renew by paying our bill.

This is how we calculate your investment advisory fee. This Fee Schedule will also be attached to your Semi-Annual renewal bill.

These are the Standard Terms and Conditions of your Investment Contract as a client of our Firm. The Terms and Conditions of your Investment Contract as posted here are the Terms and Conditions that will apply automatically to each renewal of our service semi-annually upon your payment of the Fee Statement we submit to you.
